Once a workshop ticket or training program is purchased:
No refunds will be issued
No cancellations are accepted
You may request access to recordings (only if offered)
If you purchased the wrong product by mistake, contact us within 24 hours at growarise@gmail.com. We will review cases individually.
If you are charged twice due to a technical error, we will issue a refund for the duplicate payment.
